The Spiritual Path of a Soul ultimately leads to one thing, liberation. Liberation, or moksha, is when a soul has dissolved all their karma, pain, and suffering and is free from the cycle of birth and death. Once liberated, a soul never returns back to any world or planet. It is free.

The spiritual path is continually going up and down, like the waves of an ocean. As we grow, the key lesson is learn how to remain calm and peaceful during both the ups and downs. It's quite easy to enjoy the blissful times of the path, but after a storm that hits the ocean, it is quite uneasy for some times long periods of time. Falling off the spiritual path and getting back on track is something a spiritual seeker should get used to, because it is normal. Today, I'd like to share with you how keeping it simple can help you find peace again during and after a life's storm through my experiences in Iraq.

I was editing on of Acharya Shree's videos from his Europe trip yesterday, and he stated that "spirituality is a practical path." This very true because without any hands on experience of any spiritual learning, everything becomes theory. Spirituality is the path to know yourself. To know yourself, you have to work on yourself.
